There is a lift from the entrance to the hallway and sitting area on the landing outside the apartment. The communal areas are really well maintained, clean and fresh. The garden is lovely, with the pool and green areas for relaxation. The walkway is clean and has white pebbles with plants as decoration. Marbella town is 7 kilometres from El Rosario/Las Chapas and there is a bus stop right by the apartment. Santa Clara Golf Club is opposite and Rio Real Golf is a short drive away. The beach at Las Chapas is one of the best in the area and there are some great beach bars and ‘chiringuitos’ along that strip of sand!
