The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and two guest toilets. The bedrooms are all on the one floor as well as the living / dining room. The terrace on this floor has been enclosed with glass curtains which has created a second living / dining room but one with magnificent views out to the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen and laundry room are on this same floor.

Upstairs Living Room

Upstairs this penthouse boasts a TV lounging room with many technical 'toys' and a good book collection. The second guest toilet is up there too. This opens onto a huge penthouse terrace which has sofas, al fresco dining area, sun beds and even some gym equipment. A BBQ area with a refrigerator.

Private Pool

Up a few steps (with a child protection gate) is the sky high swimming/plunge pool. This has glass surrounds which enables one to swim, or cool off, whilst looking at amazing sea or mountain views.

Payable to confirm your booking is a BOOKING FEE of 20% & DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 30% of your full rental amount (minimum and maximum amounts apply). In special circumstances and only if a booking is made over 6 months in advance then the damage deposit payment can be made at a later date (if discussed and agreed on an individual basis and in writing).

THE BALANCE: 80%. Is then due 8 weeks before arrival.

The damage deposit will be returned once the property and its contents have been checked – within 7 to 10 days after departure.
