There is a small Commercial centre a few minutes’ walk away with a supermarket, general store (Chinese), wonderful café/bakery, superb restaurant, tennis club and hair & beauty salons. There are two golf courses within a few minutes’ drive/ within walking distance. The beach restaurants and bars are a mere stroll away and offer a variety of food choices.

The villa is beautifully refurbished to an excellent standard and totally prepared and equipped for all holiday requirements. From the entrance is a wonderfully bright and open living area leading onto different levels of terraces. There are numerous sets of top quality sofas, loungers, dining tables and chairs plus an open BBQ kitchen complete with all necessary equipment and appliances. There are so many different areas for families to disperse and have quiet moments or to enjoy music/games etc.
The kitchen is well equipped and open plus there is a separate laundry room. There is also a guest bathroom on this level plus a bed, if required, for an overnight stay or for youngsters to use – (extra).
Upstairs is the grand master bedroom suite with a fabulous terrace with sensational views out to the Mediterranean. The other three en-suite bedrooms are in the lower area of the villa. Two of these bedrooms have access to the lower terrace area with a dining table for a quiet breakfast or a late evening drink. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and air-conditioning.
The price of the villa is based upon 8 people staying. If the option of the extra bed is required this is charged at 75 Euros per Optional pool heating (From 15 September to 31 May) this is at a cost of Euros 250, 00 a week and must be ordered upon booking.
