This apartment inside is absolutely lovely. It has been refurbished and furnished to a very high standard.The whole apartment oozes quality and style. The living /dining room area is spacious and the wall of mirrors increases the light and bright feeling of freshness and space. This opens onto a terrace with comfortable fixed wall seating, sun beds and somewhere to have al-fresco refreshments.
Kitchen
The kitchen, with its special feature window, is trendy and a work of art! The state of the art kitchen is super – the window is specially designed to allow views across the delightful gardens yet nobody can see into the property from outside.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.They also both have terraces with sliding doors, as with the living room terrace the master bedroom faces the small private garden away from the main communal areas to give privacy. The second bedroom faces the main gardens.
Extras
This is a strictly no smoking apartment – not even on the terraces! There is SKY TV, secure underground parking with lift access, air-conditioning throughout and 24 hour security service around the complex. There is a reception area for local information and for ordering taxis plus on site small job maintenance if required. Within the complex there is a poolside bar, a Polynesian Restaurant and also – for a small extra fee - a gym, sauna and indoor pool plus sun beds for use around the pool

Payable to confirm your booking is a BOOKING FEE of 20% & DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 30% of your full rental amount (minimum and maximum amounts apply). In special circumstances and only if a booking is made over 6 months in advance then the damage deposit payment can be made at a later date (if discussed and agreed on an individual basis and in writing).
THE BALANCE: 80%. Is then due 8 weeks before arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned once the property and its contents have been checked – within 7 to 10 days after departure.
