It features a huge garden (over 2 acres, created by a leading international garden designer) with the theme ‘Transition to Wilderness’: from formal planting around the villa, the garden gradually transforms into the natural landscape of the olive-strewn hillside ‘campo’. Within this oasis lie secluded lawns partially shaded by olive and cork trees, very private sunbathing areas looking south-west to the sea from the rustic spa deck…There is a further sun deck with sea views and an adjacent pergola-covered patio provides the villas second area for al-fresco eating. The whole area is enhanced by wild plants and herbs, stunningly illuminated at night.
Entrance & Ground Floor:
Hall – with guest cloakroom, ‘snug/TV room’ with surround sound SAT TV & DVD - leading into a large, airy living room/dining area with grand piano, open fireplace and sliding patio doors opening onto the terraces, gardens and pool area. A wonderfully spacious, fully equipped, kitchen with double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc., plus metres of work tops, is a chef’s dream! There are also superb views (or a small TV) to stare at as you perform culinary wonders!
First Floor
A bright and large landing (with a golfer’s mini ‘library’) leads off to four comfortable en-suite bedrooms, all with luxuriously designed marble bath/shower rooms. The Master & adjacent suite have sliding terrace doors which lead onto a spacious balcony with amazing sea views. The two other double bedrooms, on this level (one with a balcony) have views of the hills and surrounding countryside.
Lower Level
Two more bedrooms, with up to six single beds and which share a spacious marble bathroom with walk-in shower (and including the utility room). There is also access to the garage on this level. The larger room can also be used for recreation and is easily changed for whichever purpose – sleeping or games etc.
