For 2015 the nightly rental rate is: June, September: 6,500€ July, August: 7,500€ May, October, Christmas, New Year & Easter: 5,000€ March, April & November – excluding Easter: 4,500€ December, January & February – excluding Christmas & New Year: 3,500€ WINTER DISCOUNTS MAY BE AVAILABLE Bookings have to be a minimum of 4 nights (20% damage deposit is held and returned 7 to 10 days after your holiday) Discounts available for smaller groups (NOT APPLICABLE FOR HIGH SEASON DATES!!) : Villa Moana has 9 bedrooms. It sleeps 18 people. However we can accept smaller groups, even just a couple! The normal prices would obviously be a bit unreasonable in that case! If there are less than 18 people staying then that means less staff are required or staff may not even be required at all so the situation changes slightly. EACH PARTY WILL BE QUOTED FOR INDIVIDUALY Ideal for Weddings but the bookings have to be for a minimum of4 nights.
