The living room terrace looks out over the Port and some little squares/patios. It is so comfortable sitting looking out to sea and watching the boats in the harbour. There is a large & comfortable sofa which can also be converted into a sofa bed when there are six people using the apartment. The dining area has a pretty access through to the well-appointed kitchen. The living areas are decorated to a high standard.

The apartment has a master bedroom - en-suite - with a terrace looking across the dunes and out to Gibraltar and Morocco. The sunsets can be breathtaking! The second bunk bedroom is small and suitable for children. There is a second shower room which is located up by the front door area.

Payable to confirm your booking is a BOOKING FEE of 20% & DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 30% of your full rental amount (minimum and maximum amounts apply). In special circumstances and only if a booking is made over 6 months in advance then the damage deposit payment can be made at a later date (if discussed and agreed on an individual basis and in writing).
THE BALANCE: 80%. Is then due 8 weeks before arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned once the property and its contents have been checked – within 7 to 10 days after departure.
