The upper terrace which overlooking the greens, has comfortable sofas, an outdoor dining area with wine cooler suitable for Al Fresco Dining, sun beds, loungers, BBQ. The lower terrace is ideal for sunbathing beside the private swimming pool (which can be heated under request except for the months of July and August), with sun loungers and parasols.

Elegant entrance area opening into a graceful dining area leading into a spacious lounge with Digital Satellite colour TV (105cms), DVD Player, I-Pod Docking Station. Adjacent to the lounge is the relaxing reading room comprising of two large cane sofas and coffee table. Fully furnished Study with Wi-Fi is also available and the opposite side of the lounge to the reading room.

A spacious well-fitted Kitchen with double doors leading to a beautiful patio, and from this the Utility Room which has full modern facilities, comprising of washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and ironing facilities. Also WC facilities on the ground floor.

Payable to confirm your booking is a BOOKING FEE of 20% & DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 30% of your full rental amount with a minimum of 1.200 EUR. In special circumstances and only if a booking is made over 6 months in advance then the damage deposit payment can be made at a later date (if discussed and agreed on an individual basis and in writing).
THE BALANCE: 80%. Is then due 8 weeks before arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned once the property and its contents have been checked – within 7 to 10 days after departure after taking into account any excessive cleaning costs, breakages, damages and excess use of air-conditioning.
