The living room is large and has a dining area and two very comfortable sofas. The apartment is on the 7th floor and therefore has some lovely views from the terrace of the sea, mountain and across town towards the hills of Estepona.There is double glazing throughout. Dining outside on the terrace can be enjoyed and the morning and evening views over to the famous La Concha Mountain is really special.

The kitchen is well fitted and opens onto the terrace.

The master bedroom is en-suite (with a spacious walk in shower) and then the two twin bedded rooms share a large bathroom which has a bath with shower over. All bedrooms have air-conditioning units for individual use. There is gas central heating for the rare chilly evenings!

Payable to confirm your booking is a BOOKING FEE of 20% & DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 30% of your full rental amount (minimum and maximum amounts apply). In special circumstances and only if a booking is made over 6 months in advance then the damage deposit payment can be made at a later date (if discussed and agreed on an individual basis and in writing).
THE BALANCE: 80%. Is then due 8 weeks before arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned once the property and its contents have been checked – within 7 to 10 days after departure.
