Gardens with their fountains and water ways add to the peaceful atmosphere whilst overlooking spectacular views, together with a black swimming pool, purpose built bar and terraces, outside living is as comfortable as inside. Some twenty varieties of fruit trees have been added to the orchards over the last 3 years.

Living Room

The central living area is accessed through a spacious entrance hall with guest cloakroom. The open plan areas are then split between the mail salon and the cozy television room. Contemporary stainless steel kitchen and drinks bar complement the stylish clean lines of the dining room which can seat 12 in comfort.

Four large double guest bedrooms, each fully en-suite and each with its own design theme. The whole house is central heated and for aesthetic purposes, the owners have chosen a range of radiators and under floor systems.

Spa

Special features to the lower ground floor include the music room and purpose built gym. Featuring a Turkish bath, shower and massage area and a fully heated/air-conditioned plunge pool with built in massage jets. Large patio doors lead directly on to the pools for the ultimate cold plunge after your Turkish bath.

Apartment

There is a separate studio apartment in the grounds, built and decorated to the same themes as the main house that can also be available.
