* HALF TERM/ XMS/ NEW YEAR 1.450 € A damages deposit of 30% of the total rental figure to a minimum of 500€ is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the property, after taking into account any excessive cleaning costs, breakages,damages and excess use of air-conditioning. As the use of Air-Conditioning & heating can be very expensive, if used without care, we allow 60 Euros per week to be included in the rent. If there is an excess of this, then we will deduct from the damage deposit. Meter readings are taken on arrival & departure.
