Payable to confirm your booking is a BOOKING FEE of 15% & DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 30% of your full rental amount (minimum and maximum amounts apply). In special circumstances and only if a booking is made over 6 months in advance then the damage deposit payment can be made at a later date (if discussed and agreed on an individual basis and in writing).
THE BALANCE: 80%. Is then due 8 weeks before arrival.
The damage deposit will be returned once the property and its contents have been checked – within 7 to 10 days after departure after taking into account any excessive cleaning costs, breakages, damages and excess use of air-conditioning.
If more than 12 people book (can squeeze 14 but two would sleep on camp beds) then an extra charge of 5% is added to cover laundry costs etc. Bookings of a minimum of 1 week only.
