A damages deposit of one third of the total rental figure is taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the house, after taking into account any breakages or damage. As the use of Air-Conditioning & heating can be very expensive, if used without care, we allow 60 Euros per week to be included in the rent. If there is an excess of this, then we will deduct from the damage deposit.
