A damages deposit of 30% of the total rental figureis taken and refunded after your return, normally within 7 – 10 days of your departure from the property, after taking into account any excessive cleaning costs, breakages,damages and excess use of air-conditioning. The booking fee will be 50% of the total rental cost and the remaining 50% will need to be transferred just before your arrival.
